If the customer either forgot to apply a coupon code during the order placement or used a 50% coupon but later obtained a 55% coupon, we will initiate a partial refund. 


Steps to be followed :


-Kindly inquire with the customer about the coupon code they missed using. 

-Verify with the billing team if the coupon is valid. 

-If it is indeed valid, select the canned response 'Waggle Partial Refund - Escalation' and move the ticket to L3

-Notify the customer that the refund process will commence shortly.
