Log in to your Shopify account, enter the order number, Call the cx, and confirm the shipping address in shopify.
Then, log in to "Flexport" and Navigate "Orders" "and enter the "Order ID" and Update the corrected address.
If the cx doesn't respond over the call, send an email to confirm the shipping address.
If cx responds, log in to "Flexport" and Navigate "Orders" "enter the "Order ID" and Update the corrected address.
If cx doesn't respond to the email, need to give a follow for 3 consecutive days via call/email. If there is no response, please use the canned response "No response - Close".
