- If there is no LED, ask the customer to unplug the device and reset it using a paper clip.
- If the device is in a hang state, it should start reporting after the reset.
- If there is still no LED, ask the customer to try using a different charger. If the issue persists, proceed with a replacement.
- If there is an LED but the device is still unresponsive, proceed with a replacement.
