1. Please check if the device is plugged in and confirm the LED indication with the customer.
  2. If there is no LED, ask the customer to unplug the device and reset it using a paper clip.
  3. If the device is in a hang state, it should start reporting after the reset.
  4. If there is still no LED, ask the customer to try using a different charger. If the issue persists, proceed with a replacement.
  5. If there is an LED but the device is still unresponsive, proceed with a replacement.
