Battery life question

I used the pet monitor this week and found that the battery life is disappointing. What is the normal amount of hours/days that the monitor will continue to work without the power without needing to be re-charged again please?

Normally the device has a battery back up for up to 24 to 48 hours and may vary according to your alert frequency. So you can expect a battery back you of at least 24 hours.
